White Rock Runners are a Welsh-affiliated running club based in Cardiff, UK. They welcome all abilities of runner from beginners to elite athletes, 5k to 100 miles, encouraging healthy competition and progression. As well as the running, they now also have a triathlon club which is affiliated to Welsh Triathlon.

Running club nights are:

• Tuesday 7pm @ Various venues to cover: hills, trail, flat intervals, track
• Thursday 6:30pm @ The Oystercatcher, Penarth

Affiliation is £30 per year (April to April)

Their club colours: black vest with red trim and logo

The club aims to do one large team event each year. In the past this has included London-Cardiff-24 (2012), the Adidas Thunder Run (2013), The Canalathon (2014), Ultra 12 (2015)
