- 1to1 Personal Training £45 / hr
- strength, stability, balance, nutrition guidance, goal-setting, fitness testing
- Online Coaching – fully bespoke plans + coach contact £80 / month
- includes running, triathlon, ultra-running, gravel/enduro, and general fitness plans
- Cycling performance, form/stability and output testing (1 hour 30 minutes) £70
- testing – FTP, power profiling or similar
- basic screening of balance, hip stability, pedalling form, and main strength drivers
- Personal training in a pair £50 per hour (£25 each)
- Express 1-1 sessions (30 minutes) £25 per session
- Small groups 3-5 people from £12 each
- Ride guiding – gravel, road and MTB £90 / half day
- Led ride with nutrition education, skills stops, bike maintenance advice
- Group options available on request
- Sports massage therapy – deep tissue and recovery £45 per hour
- Health screening and fitness MOT: including blood pressure, weight, height, body fat%, BMI, BMR, standardised cardiovascular fitness tests, plus lung and heart function tests £45 per hour

- Outdoor sessions – road, park, trail
- Home-sessions – learn to make the most of your gym kit, in combination with bodyweight exercises
