Accomodation: You will be staying in a large timber-beamed stone farmhouse with stunning views, log fires and a hut tub (should it be chilly). Set in a backdrop of coniferous woodland, with numerous trails and outdoor spaces, it’s perfect for some autumnal fitness training and getting away from all the distractions of city life. Rooms are on a shared basis.
Food: All food will be provided. The menu will be predominantly vegetarian, nutritionally balanced to fuel your bodies and keep you energized over the entire weekend. The focus will be foods high in natural goodness (and flavour) to aid your recovery and get you ready for the day ahead.
Cost: £190 for 3 nights stay (Fri, Sat, Sun) including all food and activities – 2015 introductory price, just in case we lose anyone in the woods.
